What is your shipping policy?

Domestic:

Items couriered within New Zealand will be delivered to the address specified within 2 – 3 working days. Goods delivered will be couriered using NZ Couriers or Toll, delivery times vary.

Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. There may be some time delay with Public Holidays.

Once the order has been collected by our courier, you will be notified by us of your track and trace number, so you can follow the parcel’s movements.

International:

International goods will be dispatched to the address specified within 2 – 3 working days. Goods delivered internationally may be subject to the relevant duties and taxes applied by the country the goods are delivered to. These duties and taxes shall be the responsibility of the recipient of the goods. Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. There may be some time delay with Public Holidays.

For security purposes, OMAAC uses a signature required courier service for all orders, unless requested otherwise. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be available for collection as outlined on the calling card.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept most payment methods:

  • Most major credit cards using stripe

  • Bank transfer or internet banking direct to our account, choose the bank transfer option.

  • For Pay Pal. If you have a Pay Pal account also choose the Pay Pal option.

  • We do not accept Western Union, checks, bitcoin (or bit. anything else) or COD

Do you have a return policy?

We are unable to accept returned items that have been damaged by the customer or specifically commissioned on behalf of the customer. Also, there are no refunds or exchanges on sale items or layby items. 

Goods may be returned to OMAAC if they are faulty. OMAAC reserves the right to repair or replace goods being returned in the first instance.  However, if the item is unable to be repaired or replaced, we shall offer an in-store credit or gift voucher valid for 12 months.  OMAAC does not issue cash refunds. However, if a monetary refund is agreed upon, the funds will only be transferred into a designated bank account.

If the product has been damaged in transit, please notify us with 48 hours of receiving your order and we will contact the courier company directly to resolve any claims. Please note that claims must be made within seven days of delivery of the item. We ask that you sign and check all goods on receipt as we cannot be held responsible once the chain of custody is broken. OMAAC will cover any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.

We must be notified of your intention to return an item shipped to you, within three working days of receipt of your order, and receive the returned item within seven working days of receipt of your order.  You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. The item being returned must be safely and securely packaged in its original packaging.

Can I Laby?

Yes, you can layby and item. this must be paid within 6 weeks unless other arrangements have been made with the management. We do not refund on layby.

How much will it cost for a deposit on a commission piece?

20% Deposit is required before beginning a commission, but full payment is required before pick up. 


Can I get your products to my country?

Yes, you should have no problem getting our products into your country. Each item comes with a notice to customs explaining how we meet the requirements. Should we not be able to send to your country for whatever reason we will return all money owed as soon as possible.
